SUPER SCULPTING WORKOUT!!!

This is a circuit I put together to target all the areas that will sculpt that hourglass shape. In this circuit, you will target the glutes, specifically the outer glutes. The core by slimming the waist. The back and shoulders to create that V taper.

I love circuits because they are calorie killers! They burn calories and build muscle. It’s hard to get bored in a circuit because you are constantly moving on to a different movement. They are great if you are trying to burn fat quickly.

  • Wide stance squats
  • Superwoman swims (super Man if you’re a guy!)
  • Lunge twist
  • Bosu plank/ standard plank
  • Pulse Ups
  • Lying abductor
  • Kickups
  • Kneeling row
  • Glute bridge with abduction
  • Skater lunge
